🚫 Policy Exclusions & Limitations
In accordance with NHIA guidelines, the following procedures are excluded from standard coverage:
- Cosmetic or aesthetic surgical procedures not required due to accidental injury.
- International medical evacuation or treatments performed outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Infertility investigations and assisted reproductive technology (IVF) unless purchased as an enterprise corporate rider.
- Treatment of injuries resulting from participation in extreme competitive sports or war/civil unrest.
